This 2-bedroom pied-à-terre on Fifth Avenue was fully renovated for a client living abroad. The apartment was reconfigured to create a larger, more central kitchen open to the adjacent living and dining spaces, while addressing the complexities of the existing building infrastructure. A subtle, refined material palette was employed throughout to highlight the stunning views of Central Park over Fifth Avenue, experienced from the main living areas. The renovation includes all new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical. It also includes custom-built millwork, new wood flooring, new wood doors and trim throughout  creating a modern interior that complements the city views beyond.
